目的:探讨检测血清TK1和CA15-3在乳腺肿瘤诊断、临床分期及预后中的临床价值。方法采用酶免疫点印迹化学发光法检测2011年1月—2013年12月该院收治的100例乳腺癌患者、80例乳腺良性疾病、80例正常对照者血清TK1水平,同时采用罗氏电化学发光分析仪检测CA15-3含量。比较乳腺癌患者与乳腺良性疾病及对照组的TK1和CA15-3水平的差异,分析乳腺癌组患者血清CA15-3和TK1水平与淋巴结转移、术后复发及临床分期的关系。结果乳腺癌组TK1和CA15-3含量明显高于乳腺的良性肿瘤以及健康人群组(P<0.01),乳腺的良性肿瘤组与健康人群组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。联合检测CA15-3和TK1能够提高诊断的灵敏度和特异性,血清TK1含量与乳腺癌分期相关,术后2年复发以及有淋巴结转移的患者中, TK1含量显著升高( P<0.05)。结论血清TK1可为乳腺癌预后判断及病情监测提供重要价值,与CA15-3联合检测能够提高乳腺癌诊断的检出率。

목적:탐토검측혈청TK1화CA15-3재유선종류진단、림상분기급예후중적림상개치。방법채용매면역점인적화학발광법검측2011년1월—2013년12월해원수치적100례유선암환자、80례유선량성질병、80례정상대조자혈청TK1수평,동시채용라씨전화학발광분석의검측CA15-3함량。비교유선암환자여유선량성질병급대조조적TK1화CA15-3수평적차이,분석유선암조환자혈청CA15-3화TK1수평여림파결전이、술후복발급림상분기적관계。결과유선암조TK1화CA15-3함량명현고우유선적량성종류이급건강인군조(P<0.01),유선적량성종류조여건강인군조차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。연합검측CA15-3화TK1능구제고진단적령민도화특이성,혈청TK1함량여유선암분기상관,술후2년복발이급유림파결전이적환자중, TK1함량현저승고( P<0.05)。결론혈청TK1가위유선암예후판단급병정감측제공중요개치,여CA15-3연합검측능구제고유선암진단적검출솔。
Objective The study was carried out to determine the clinical value of serum TK1 and CA15-3 as tumor markers in the diagnosing, judging clinical stage and prognosis of breast tumor. Methods The levels of serum TK1 from 100 cases with breast cancer, 80 cases with benign breast disease and 80 normal controls were detected by molecularly imprinted chemiluminescence method. At the same time, the levels of the CA15-3 were detected by Roche 2010 Immunoassay System. The levels of TK1 and CA15-3 of the patients with breast cancer, patients benign breast disease and the control group were compared, and the correlation of serum TK1 and CA15-3 levels of breast cancer patients with lymph node metastasis, postoperative recurrence and the clinical stage was analyzed. Results The level of CA15-3 and TK1 in breast cancer group was significantly higher than that in benign breast tumor group and healthy group (P<0.01), while benign breast tumor group and healthy group had no significant difference (P>0.05). The sensitivity and specificity of the diagnosis were improved by the joint detection of CA15-3 and TK1. And the serum TK1 level is related to breast cancer staging; the TK1 levels increased significantly in the patients who had recurrence and lymph node metastasis two years after operation (P<0.05). Conclusion Serum TK1 is of great value in judging the prognosis and monitor-ing the condition of breast cancer, and the detection of serum TK1 combined with CA15-3 can improve the diagnosis rate of breast cancer.
