本文对转基因动物养殖基地的3种不同的转基因山羊(转人β-干扰素、人抗凝血酶Ⅲ和乙肝表面抗原基因)与野生型山羊体表吸血蜱的生物学特性进行比较研究,分析了蜱的种类、感染率、感染强度、饱血雌蜱的产卵量和幼蜱孵化率,以及第二代蜱实验条件下生长发育数据,从而探索转基因羊对环境生物的安全评估。结果发现,与野生型羊群比较,转基因羊群对体表吸血蜱的侵袭能力和吸血后各项生长发育的生物学特征无显著影响。
本文對轉基因動物養殖基地的3種不同的轉基因山羊(轉人β-榦擾素、人抗凝血酶Ⅲ和乙肝錶麵抗原基因)與野生型山羊體錶吸血蜱的生物學特性進行比較研究,分析瞭蜱的種類、感染率、感染彊度、飽血雌蜱的產卵量和幼蜱孵化率,以及第二代蜱實驗條件下生長髮育數據,從而探索轉基因羊對環境生物的安全評估。結果髮現,與野生型羊群比較,轉基因羊群對體錶吸血蜱的侵襲能力和吸血後各項生長髮育的生物學特徵無顯著影響。
본문대전기인동물양식기지적3충불동적전기인산양(전인β-간우소、인항응혈매Ⅲ화을간표면항원기인)여야생형산양체표흡혈비적생물학특성진행비교연구,분석료비적충류、감염솔、감염강도、포혈자비적산란량화유비부화솔,이급제이대비실험조건하생장발육수거,종이탐색전기인양대배경생물적안전평고。결과발현,여야생형양군비교,전기인양군대체표흡혈비적침습능력화흡혈후각항생장발육적생물학특정무현저영향。
In the present study, the biological characteristics of ticks collected from three kinds of transgenic goats and non-treated goats were observed to evaluate if genetic modification had imposed ecological/environmental risks on ticks. These transgenic goats carried either humanβ-Interferon gene, or Antithrombin, or hepatitis B virus surface antigen gene. The biological characteristics of ticks investigated included species, infestation rate and intensity, oviposition of engorged females, egg hatch rate, and effect on growth and development of next generation. The results showed that no significant differences in the above biological characteristics were observed among ticks collected from these three kinds of transgenic goats and wild type goats.
