目的：探讨卒中单元联合脉血康治疗急性脑梗死临床效果。方法：选择我院82例急性脑梗死患者，上述患者随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组实施卒中单元管理模式治疗，观察组在卒中单元管理模式治疗基础上给予脉血康治疗。观察两组治疗前和治疗后神经功能缺损、日常生活活动能力、血液流变学指标改善情况。结果：治疗后，两组患者的血浆粘度、纤维蛋白原水平、全血高切粘度、全血低切粘度与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后，观察组治疗后血浆粘度、纤维蛋白原水平、全血高切粘度、全血低切粘度分别与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后与治疗前比较，两组患者的欧洲卒中量表评分和Barthel指数量表评分，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后，观察组欧洲卒中量表评分和Barthel指数量表评分均显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组总有效率显著优于对照组，差异有显著性（P＜0.05）。结论：卒中单元联合脉血康治疗急性脑梗死临床效果显著，值得借鉴。
목적：탐토졸중단원연합맥혈강치료급성뇌경사림상효과。방법：선택아원82례급성뇌경사환자，상술환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조。대조조실시졸중단원관리모식치료，관찰조재졸중단원관리모식치료기출상급여맥혈강치료。관찰량조치료전화치료후신경공능결손、일상생활활동능력、혈액류변학지표개선정황。결과：치료후，량조환자적혈장점도、섬유단백원수평、전혈고절점도、전혈저절점도여치료전비교，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；치료후，관찰조치료후혈장점도、섬유단백원수평、전혈고절점도、전혈저절점도분별여대조조비교，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。치료후여치료전비교，량조환자적구주졸중량표평분화Barthel지수량표평분，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；치료후，관찰조구주졸중량표평분화Barthel지수량표평분균현저우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。관찰조총유효솔현저우우대조조，차이유현저성（P＜0.05）。결론：졸중단원연합맥혈강치료급성뇌경사림상효과현저，치득차감。
Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of stroke unit combined Maixuekang on acute cerebral infarction. Methods:82 cases with acute cerebral infarction were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The management pattern of stroke unit was used to the control group, and stroke unit combined Maixuekang was given to the observation. neural function defect, blood rheology index and the activities of daily living were observed in the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment, the two groups of patients with plasma viscosity, fibrinogen levels,high shear whole blood viscosity, low shear viscosity of whole blood before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);after treatment, the observation group after plasma treatment viscosity and fibrinogen levels, high shear whole blood viscosity, low shear viscosity of whole blood compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Before treatment and after treatment, both groups of patients with the European Stroke Scale score and Barthel Index Scale score, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); after treatment, observation group European Stroke Scale score and Barthel index scale scores were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total efficiency of the observation group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Stroke unit combined Maixuekang on acute cerebral infarction significantly has significant effect, and the the therapy should be the reference for doctors.
