目的:观察甘露聚糖肽胶囊治疗慢性咽炎的临床效果。方法:选择笔者所在医院2007年2月~2012年12月期间收治的慢性咽炎患者90例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各45例,两组均给予常规治疗,同时对照组加服匹多莫德胶囊,治疗组加服甘露聚糖肽胶囊。结果:治疗组临床总有效率为91.11%,约高于对照组的84.44%,但两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但治疗组T淋巴细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+值较对照组显著提高(P<0.01),平均发作持续间、感染复发次数较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:甘露聚糖肽通过提高慢性咽炎患者免疫功能,能显著降低患者反复发作次数,缩短复发感染持续时间。

목적:관찰감로취당태효낭치료만성인염적림상효과。방법:선택필자소재의원2007년2월~2012년12월기간수치적만성인염환자90례,수궤분위치료조화대조조,각45례,량조균급여상규치료,동시대조조가복필다막덕효낭,치료조가복감로취당태효낭。결과:치료조림상총유효솔위91.11%,약고우대조조적84.44%,단량조총유효솔비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。단치료조T림파세포아군CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+치교대조조현저제고(P<0.01),평균발작지속간、감염복발차수교대조조현저강저(P<0.05)。결론:감로취당태통과제고만성인염환자면역공능,능현저강저환자반복발작차수,축단복발감염지속시간。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of mannatide to treat chronic pharyngitis.Methods:90 chronic pharyngitis patients choosen from the hospital where the author served in from the period during February 2007 to December 2012 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,45 patients respectively. On the basis of conventional treatment,the control group was applied pidotimod Capsules and the treatment group was applied mannatide capsules.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 91.11% which was higher than the control group of 84.44%, but the total effective rate had no significant difference (P>0.05).The T lymphocyte subsets,CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/ CD8+ values was significantly increased,compared to the control group (P<0.01) and the average lasting time,infection relapse frequency of treatment group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Mannatide can significantly reduce the number of patients with recurrent, shorten the duration of recurrent infection by enhancing the patients' immune function.
