目的：探讨抗肿瘤中药处方的用药规律。方法：随机抽取我院2013年1月至2013年12月门诊处方中属于抗肿瘤中药处方共1257张，对其进行一般性描述，并采用复杂网络结合BK（Bron-Kerbosch algorithm）算法，对肺癌等五类主要肿瘤疾病的基本方挖掘分析。结果：肿瘤疾病好发于40岁以上的人群；且侵袭人体多个系统，其中以肺癌、乳腺癌、肠癌、胃癌、甲状腺癌发生率较高；抗肿瘤处方日平均金额为14.31元；通过BK算法分别得到了肺癌等五类肿瘤疾病的基本方。结论：为总结中医治疗肿瘤提供了有益的探索，以提高中医治疗肿瘤的效果。
목적：탐토항종류중약처방적용약규률。방법：수궤추취아원2013년1월지2013년12월문진처방중속우항종류중약처방공1257장，대기진행일반성묘술，병채용복잡망락결합BK（Bron-Kerbosch algorithm）산법，대폐암등오류주요종류질병적기본방알굴분석。결과：종류질병호발우40세이상적인군；차침습인체다개계통，기중이폐암、유선암、장암、위암、갑상선암발생솔교고；항종류처방일평균금액위14.31원；통과BK산법분별득도료폐암등오류종류질병적기본방。결론：위총결중의치료종류제공료유익적탐색，이제고중의치료종류적효과。
Objective: To explore the rule of Anti-tumor TCM prescriptions.Methods:1257 tumor prescriptions were randomly collected from outpatient prescriptions in our hospital during Jan.2013~Dec.2013.The general description and the discovery of basic formulas to five kinds of tumor diseases such as lung cancer by using complex network analysis and Bron-Kerbosch(BK) algorithm.Results:Tumor usually happens to those aged over 40, and invade many systems,higher incidence in lung,breast,colon,gastric and thyroid cancer.The average daily amount of 14.31 yuan in these prescriptions.Basic formulas for five kinds of tumor diseases such as lung cancer were found using the BK algorithm.Conclusion:Provides a useful exploration of TCM therapy for cancer, in order to improve the effect of TCM therapy for cancer.
