目的：探讨何首乌治疗对血管性痴呆患者血流动力学变化影响及作用机制。方法将简易智能量表(MMSE)评分在10~24分之间血管性痴呆患者36例给予何首乌水煎剂﹙相当于制何首乌0.8 g﹚,3次/d,连续服8周。治疗前及治疗后分别检测血液流变学。结果与治疗前比较,MMSE评分治疗前为﹙16.4±3.8﹚,治疗后﹙19.4±4.6﹚,治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(t=4.02,P<0.01)。与治疗前比较,治疗后血液流变学指标全血粘度(t=5.56,P<0.01)﹑血浆粘度(t=8.56,P<0.01)﹑红细胞压积(t=6.81,P<0.01)﹑血小板聚集率(t=3.48,P<0.01)血液流变学指标均明显改善。结论何首乌可以有效地改善血管性痴呆患者的血液流变学﹑提高智能。
목적：탐토하수오치료대혈관성치태환자혈류동역학변화영향급작용궤제。방법장간역지능량표(MMSE)평분재10~24분지간혈관성치태환자36례급여하수오수전제﹙상당우제하수오0.8 g﹚,3차/d,련속복8주。치료전급치료후분별검측혈액류변학。결과여치료전비교,MMSE평분치료전위﹙16.4±3.8﹚,치료후﹙19.4±4.6﹚,치료전후비교차이유통계학의의(t=4.02,P<0.01)。여치료전비교,치료후혈액류변학지표전혈점도(t=5.56,P<0.01)﹑혈장점도(t=8.56,P<0.01)﹑홍세포압적(t=6.81,P<0.01)﹑혈소판취집솔(t=3.48,P<0.01)혈액류변학지표균명현개선。결론하수오가이유효지개선혈관성치태환자적혈액류변학﹑제고지능。
Objective To explore the effects of Polygonum Multiflorum Thumb on blood rheology in patients with vascular demen_tia and the mechanism. Methods 36 cases with vascular dementia scored 10 to 24 on Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE) were enrolled. And they were given Polygonum Multiflorum Thumb Water Decoction treatment (equivalent of 0.8 g Prepared Fleece-flower Root) for eight weeks, 3 times a day. Blood rheology was detected in the patients before and after treatment. Results Before treatment, the MMSE score of the patients was (16.4±3.8), and that was (19.4±4.6) after treatment, the difference was significant(t=4.02, P<0.01). Compared with before treatment, after treatment, the blood rheology indexes such as whole blood viscosity (t=5.56, P<0.01), plasma viscosity (t=8.56, P<0.01), hematocrit (t=6.81, P<0.01), platelet aggregation rate (t=3.48, P<0.01) were significant_ly improved. Conclusion Polygonum Multiflorum Thumb can effectively improve the blood rheology and brain power of the patients with vascular dementia.
