目的:探讨分析不同雾化吸入方式治疗小儿哮喘的临床效果。方法将2011年11月_2013年11月于该院接受治疗的120例哮喘患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字法将其分为对照组与观察组各60例,对对照组患儿使用超声氧化吸入方式治疗,对观察组则使用空气压缩泵式雾化吸入方案治疗,对比观察两组患儿的临床治疗效果。结果观察组显效36例,有效22例,总有效率高达96.7%,明显优于对照组的75.0%,组间对比差异有统计学意义﹙P<0.05﹚。结论在支气管哮喘患儿的临床治疗中,选用空气压缩泵式雾化吸入方案进行治疗,效果较优,安全性较高,值得推广。

Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of different aerosol inhalation for the treatment of asthma in children. Methods 120 cases of children with asthma treated in our hospital from November 2011 to November 2013 were selected as the subjects and divided into the control group and the observation group with 60 cases in each according to the method of ran_dom number. Children in the control group were treated by ultrasonic oxidation inhalation method, and children in the observation group were treated by compressed air pump atomization inhalation. The clinical therapeutic effect was observed and compared be_tween the two groups. Results In the observation group, the treatment effect was markedly effective in 36 cases, effective in 22 cases, the total effective rate up to 96.7%, significantly better than the control group's 75.0%, the difference between the groups was significant, P<0.05. Conclusion For the clinical treatment of asthma in children, compressed air pump atomization inhalation has better effect and higher safety, which is worthy of promotion.
