目的:了解该院产前超声对胎儿畸形的检出情况,以及误诊漏诊情况,分析误诊漏诊原因,提高产前超声诊断水平。方法回顾性分析该院自2009年9月-2014年5月所进行的全部35329例孕妇孕期超声检出的胎儿畸形结果,并与临床分娩或引产的结果进行对比。结果35329例胎儿中,临床证实的胎儿畸形共148例,该院产前超声共检出畸形胎儿139例,符合率94.5%,误诊漏诊9例,误诊率6.1%。结论产前超声诊断安全有效,是检出胎儿畸形的可靠方法,加强理论学习,掌握筛查技能,并且规范操作可以提高胎儿畸形的超声诊断水平,该院的产前超声诊断水平仍有提升的空间。

목적:료해해원산전초성대태인기형적검출정황,이급오진루진정황,분석오진루진원인,제고산전초성진단수평。방법회고성분석해원자2009년9월-2014년5월소진행적전부35329례잉부잉기초성검출적태인기형결과,병여림상분면혹인산적결과진행대비。결과35329례태인중,림상증실적태인기형공148례,해원산전초성공검출기형태인139례,부합솔94.5%,오진루진9례,오진솔6.1%。결론산전초성진단안전유효,시검출태인기형적가고방법,가강이론학습,장악사사기능,병차규범조작가이제고태인기형적초성진단수평,해원적산전초성진단수평잉유제승적공간。
Objective To know the detection status of prenatal ultrasound for fetal malformation, misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis in our hospital, analyze the causes of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis so as to improve the ultrasonic diagnosis level. Methods A total of 35329 pregnant women underwent ultrasound for detecting fetal malformation prenatally in our hospital from September 2009 to May 2014, the results of the detection were retrospectively analyzed and compared with those of clinical delivery and induced labor. Results There were a total of 148 cases with fetal malformation confirmed clinically in the 35 329 fetuses. A total of 139 cases with fetal malformation were detected by ultrasound prenatally in our hospital, the diagnostic accordance rate was 94.5%; misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis occurred in 9 cases, the misdiagnosis rate was 6.1%. Conclusion Prenatal ultrasound is safe and effective. It is a reliable approach for detecting fetal malformation. Our hospital still has room for improving the level of ultrasonic diagnosis by reinforcing the theory study, mastering the screening skills and standard operation.
