目的：了解辽宁省农村孕前妇女TORCH感染情况，为制定出生缺陷干预措施提供依据。方法对2011-2013年参加孕前优生健康检查项目的孕前妇女采血检测TORCH项目，对结果进行统计分析。结果接受检查的193490例孕前妇女中，风疹病毒IgG抗体、巨细胞病毒IgM和IgG抗体、弓形虫IgM和IgG抗体阳性率分别为55.58%、0.78%、51.58%、0.48%和1.61%。结论通过加强孕前优生健康检查的宣传工作提高孕前夫妇对TORCH的检测意义和感染危害性的认识，并对TORCH检测结果有异常的妇女给予相应的咨询与指导。

목적：료해요녕성농촌잉전부녀TORCH감염정황，위제정출생결함간예조시제공의거。방법대2011-2013년삼가잉전우생건강검사항목적잉전부녀채혈검측TORCH항목，대결과진행통계분석。결과접수검사적193490례잉전부녀중，풍진병독IgG항체、거세포병독IgM화IgG항체、궁형충IgM화IgG항체양성솔분별위55.58%、0.78%、51.58%、0.48%화1.61%。결론통과가강잉전우생건강검사적선전공작제고잉전부부대TORCH적검측의의화감염위해성적인식，병대TORCH검측결과유이상적부녀급여상응적자순여지도。
Objective To understand the status of TORCH infection of rural pre-pregnancy women in Liaoning province so as to provide a basis for formulating birth defects intervention measures. Methods The blood of women who underwent pre-pregnant eu-genic health check from 2011 to 2013 was collected for detecting TORCH items. And the TORCH detection results were analyzed statistically. Results Among the 193490 pre-pregnancy women for inspection, the positive rates of serum rubella virus IgG anti-body, cytomegalovirus IgM and IgG antibodies, and toxoplasma IgM and IgG antibodies were 55.58%, 0.78%, 51.58%, 0.48% and 1.61%, respectively. Conclusion The knowledge about the significance of TORCH detection and the harm of infection of pre-pregnancy couple can be improved by strengthening the propaganda of pre-pregnant eugenic health check, and corresponding ad-vice and guidance can be given to the women with abnormal results of TORCH detection.
