目的:分析糖尿病患者出现低血糖反应的相关危险因素及相应对策。方法选取糖尿病患者120例,按是否因低血糖入院分为低血糖组和非低血糖组,采用回顾性研究观察低血糖表现、发生时间、诱因、降糖方案、合并症或并发症等情况,并比较不同年龄、病程、降糖方案等情况的差异。结果低血糖组年龄、病程、肌酐、C反应蛋白(CRP)高于非低血糖组,糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)、肾小球滤过率(GFR)低于非低血糖组(P<0.05)。线性回归分析显示肌酐、HbA1C可较好地预测血糖值,是发生低血糖的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论年龄、病程、HbA1C、肌酐、GFR、CRP是糖尿病患者发生低血糖的危险因素。

목적:분석당뇨병환자출현저혈당반응적상관위험인소급상응대책。방법선취당뇨병환자120례,안시부인저혈당입원분위저혈당조화비저혈당조,채용회고성연구관찰저혈당표현、발생시간、유인、강당방안、합병증혹병발증등정황,병비교불동년령、병정、강당방안등정황적차이。결과저혈당조년령、병정、기항、C반응단백(CRP)고우비저혈당조,당화혈홍단백(HbA1C)、신소구려과솔(GFR)저우비저혈당조(P<0.05)。선성회귀분석현시기항、HbA1C가교호지예측혈당치,시발생저혈당적독립위험인소(P<0.05)。결론년령、병정、HbA1C、기항、GFR、CRP시당뇨병환자발생저혈당적위험인소。
Objective To analyze the risk factors and countermeasures for hypoglycemia in patients with diabetes mellitus. Meth-ods A retrospective study was conducted among 120 patients with diabetes mellitus, who were divided into hypoglycemia group and non- hypoglycemia group, to observe the performance of hypoglycemia, time of occurrence, inducement, treatment plan, complications, and then compare the condition of different age, course of disease and treatment plan and so on. Results Age, dis-ease duration, creatinine and C-reactive protein(CRP) were significantly higher but glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1C) and glomeru-lar filtration rate (GFR) were obviously lower in hypoglycemia group than in non-hypoglycemia group (P<0.05). Linear regression analysis indicated that creatinine and HbA1C were independent risk variables related to the hypoglycemia (P<0.05), which could predict the value of blood sugar. Conclusion Age, disease duration, HbA1C, creatinine, GFR, CRP are the risk factors for the oc-currence of hypoglycemia in patients with diabetes mellitus.
