目的：研究ABCC4和CEA在胃癌中的作用,并探讨了两者之间的相关性。方法该院就诊的100例胃癌患者的胃癌术后标本采用石蜡包埋,用免疫组化法检测标本中ABCC4、CEA表达水平,分析其与胃癌临床病理因素的相关性,并探讨了ABCC4与CEA在胃癌中的相关性。结果 ABCC4在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率为19.0%,在胃粘膜组织中的阳性表达率为1.0%,ABCC4在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率明显高于胃粘膜组织中的阳性表达率(P<0.05)；ABCC4和CEA表达水平与分化程度有显著相关性(P<0.05),均与浸润深度、淋巴结转移、术后复发无相关性(P>0.05),Spearman法分析显示CEA和ABCC4表达水平在胃癌中无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论ABCC4和CEA与胃癌的分化程度相关,与浸润深度、淋巴结转移、术后复发无相关性,同时两者的调控没有协同作用,但是联合检测ABCC4和CEA可能有助于对胃癌分化程度做出准确的评价。
목적：연구ABCC4화CEA재위암중적작용,병탐토료량자지간적상관성。방법해원취진적100례위암환자적위암술후표본채용석사포매,용면역조화법검측표본중ABCC4、CEA표체수평,분석기여위암림상병리인소적상관성,병탐토료ABCC4여CEA재위암중적상관성。결과 ABCC4재위암조직중적양성표체솔위19.0%,재위점막조직중적양성표체솔위1.0%,ABCC4재위암조직중적양성표체솔명현고우위점막조직중적양성표체솔(P<0.05)；ABCC4화CEA표체수평여분화정도유현저상관성(P<0.05),균여침윤심도、림파결전이、술후복발무상관성(P>0.05),Spearman법분석현시CEA화ABCC4표체수평재위암중무현저상관성(P>0.05)。결론ABCC4화CEA여위암적분화정도상관,여침윤심도、림파결전이、술후복발무상관성,동시량자적조공몰유협동작용,단시연합검측ABCC4화CEA가능유조우대위암분화정도주출준학적평개。
Objective To study the role of the ABCC4 and CEA in the gastric carcinoma, and discuss the correlation between them. Methods The postoperative specimens of 100 patients with gastric carcinoma admitted in our hospital were embedded by paraffin. The expression of ABCC4 and CEA in the specimens was detected by immunohistochemistry. And the relationship be-tween them and the clinical pathologic factor of gastric carcinoma was analyzed. The correlation of ABCC4 and CEA in the gastric carcinoma was investigated. Results The rate of positive expression of the ABCC4 in gastric carcinoma tissue was 19.0%, and that in gastric mucosal tissue was 1.0%, the rate of the positive expression of the ABCC4 in gastric carcinoma tissue was significantly higher than that in the gastric mucosal tissue (P<0.05). The ABCC4 and CEA expression was significantly correlated with the dif-ferentiation degree of the carcinoma (P<0.05), but had no significant correlation with the depth of invasion, lymphatic metastasis, postoperative recurrence (P>0.05). The ABCC4 and CEA expression in the gastric carcinoma tissue had no significant correlation showed by the Spearman method analysis (P>0.05). Conclusion The ABCC4 and CEA expression is associated with the differenti-ation degree of gastric carcinoma while has no significant correlation with the depth of invasion, lymphatic metastasis and postoper-ative recurrence. Although the regulation of them has no synergistic action, detecting ABCC4 and CEA may help to make an accu-rate assessment of the differentiation degree of the gastric carcinoma.
