目的：探讨右美托咪定用于腹腔镜子宫切除术全麻维持的效果。方法选取该院进行腹腔镜子宫切除术患者100例，随机分为两组，研究组气管插管后静脉泵注右美托咪定﹔对照组不使用右美托咪定。结果研究组的自主呼吸恢复时间、气管导管拔出时间、术后清醒时间优于对照组(P<0.05）。结论右美托咪定静脉泵注用于全麻维持可缩短患者的全麻复苏时间，效果显著。
목적：탐토우미탁미정용우복강경자궁절제술전마유지적효과。방법선취해원진행복강경자궁절제술환자100례，수궤분위량조，연구조기관삽관후정맥빙주우미탁미정﹔대조조불사용우미탁미정。결과연구조적자주호흡회복시간、기관도관발출시간、술후청성시간우우대조조(P<0.05）。결론우미탁미정정맥빙주용우전마유지가축단환자적전마복소시간，효과현저。
Objective To discuss dexmedetomidine used in laparoscopic hysterectomy for maintaining the effect of general anes-thesia. Methods 100 cases undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The study group was given intravenous infusion of dexmedetomidine after endotracheal intubation, while the control group was not given dexmedetomidine. Results The spontaneous breathing recovery time, endotracheal tube extubation time, postopera-tive awaking time of the study group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Intravenous infusion of dexmedetomidine for maintaining the effect of general anesthesia can shorten the needed time from general anesthesia to emer-gence with remarkable effect.
