目的：对无症状心肌缺血应用参脉注射液配合丹红注射液治疗的临床效果进行研究分析。方法从该院无症状心肌缺血患者中选取66例并将其分为治疗组和对照组,均为33例,对比两组患者临床治疗总有效率和治疗前后HRV变化状况。结果治疗组患者临床治疗总有效率高达90.91%同对照组患者的66.67%相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)﹔对比两组患者治疗前SDNN、SDANN、rMSSD和pNN50,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05）﹔治疗后,两组患者SDNN、SDANN、rMSSD和pNN50显著优于治疗前的,且治疗组患者治疗后显著优于对照组患者的,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗无症状心肌缺血疾病临床上參脉注射液配合丹红注射液临床效果显著,其对患者临床症状具有良好改善作用。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of Shenmai injection combined with Danhong injection for the treat-ment of silent myocardial ischemia. Methods 66 cases with silent myocardial ischemia admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group with 33 cases in each. The total effective rate of clinical treatment and changes of HRV before and after treatment of the groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment of the treatment group reached 90.91%, compared with 66.67% of the control group, P<0.05; comparing the SDNN, SDANN, rMSSD and pNN50 between the two groups before treatment, P>0.05; after treatment, the SDNN, SDANN, rMSSD and pNN50 of both groups were significantly better than those before treatment, and those of the treatment group were obviously better than those of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion For the treatment of silent myocardial ischemia, Shenmai injection combined with Danhong injection is quite effective, and it can improve the clinical symptoms of the patients significantly.
