目的：知情同意是一项重要的患者自主权的具体表现形式，评价知情同意的落实在口腔内科根管治疗术中的作用，保证高效护理。方法统一标准选取牙体牙髓科适合病例400例，随机分为详细知情同意组和对照组(各200例)，观察并比较两组治疗时操作时间及患者满意度。结果详细知情同意组，治疗时操作较对照组更节省时间，为对照组的0.79倍，且患者在治疗时满意度分值为8.81较对照组7.87明显提高。两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全面﹑精确﹑真实的知情同意，让患者在充分理解的基础上做出自主地选择，能够在减少手术操作时间的同时，大大提高患者治疗满意度。

Objective Informed consent is a very important specific form of patient's self-determination rights in medical practice. The effect of informed consent in oral medicine in root canal therapy is evaluated for ensuring the high-performance of nursing care. Methods 400 cases of endodontics were selected by the same criteria and randomly divided into the informed consent in de-tail group and the control group with 200 cases in each. The operation time and the level of satisfaction of the patients were ob-served and compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the operation time in the informed consent in detail group was less, 0.79 times of that in the control group; the score of level of satisfaction of the patients was 8.81, higher than 7.87 in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive, accurate and true informed consent principles can let the patients make their own decision independently based on fully understanding oral medicine, which can reduce the operation time as well as increase the patients' satisfaction with treatment greatly.
