目的:探讨稀释络合碘防雾效果的可行性﹑最佳浓度及防雾成本效益。方法2012年1月-2013年1月选择该院做鼻内镜手术的患者1500例,随机按络合碘原液(天顶奇龙牌络合碘)﹑10%﹑20%﹑40%﹑80%络合浓度擦拭效果进行比较,各500例,再选用最佳稀释浓度络合碘与防雾油进行擦拭效果比较。结果①浓度为40%的稀释络合碘对鼻内窥镜有良好的防雾效果。②40%浓度的稀释络合碘与防雾油对鼻内窥镜的防雾效果差异无统计学意义。③稀释络合碘与防雾油在成本上差异有统计学意义。结论40%浓度的稀释络合碘对鼻内窥镜有良好的防雾效果;与防雾油相比对鼻内窥镜的防雾效果差异无统计学意义,但稀释络合碘的成本远低于防雾油,因此值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the feasibility and optimal concentration of diluted iodine complex for anti-fog and anti-fog cost-effectiveness. Methods The 1500 endoscopic sinus surgeries performed in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013 were selected. The stoste of 10%, 20%, 40%, 80% iodine complex (Tianding Qilong Brand Iodine Complex) was used in 500 surg-eries, respectively, and the wiping effects were compared. Then the wiping effect of the optimal concentration of iodine complex was compared with that of anti-fogging oil. Results 1. 40%diluted iodine complex has good anti-fog effect on nasal endoscope. 2. The difference in anti-fog effect on nasal endoscope between 40% diluted iodine complex and anti-fogging oil is not significant. 3. Diluted iodine complex and anti-fogging oil has a significant difference in the cost. Conclusion 40% diluted iodine complex has good anti-fog effect on nasal endoscope;and although there is not statistically significant difference in anti-fog effect on nasal en-doscope between it and anti-fogging oil, the cost of diluted iodine complex is much lower than that of anti-fogging oil, therefore di-luted iodine complex is worthy of application and promotion.
