目的：探讨和分析慢性化脓性中耳乳突炎患者实施完桥式鼓室成形术治疗效果。方法研究对象为该院收治的28例慢性化脓性中耳乳突炎患者，对所选取的这28例患者实施完桥式鼓室成形术，在手术后对其结果进行观察，并在基础上对患者实施随访，对其术后的恢复状况进行观察，观察时间为7个月左右。结果所选患者的干耳时间大约在3~6周左右，其中手术成功的病患为24例，其成功率是85.7%，通过病患术前和术后的对比，所得到的成效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过该研究可知，对慢性化脓性中耳乳突炎患者实施完桥式鼓室成形术，所获得的治疗效果较为显著，同时也使得患者听力得到了相应的提高，在临床中具有一定的临床价值与推广价值。
목적：탐토화분석만성화농성중이유돌염환자실시완교식고실성형술치료효과。방법연구대상위해원수치적28례만성화농성중이유돌염환자，대소선취적저28례환자실시완교식고실성형술，재수술후대기결과진행관찰，병재기출상대환자실시수방，대기술후적회복상황진행관찰，관찰시간위7개월좌우。결과소선환자적간이시간대약재3~6주좌우，기중수술성공적병환위24례，기성공솔시85.7%，통과병환술전화술후적대비，소득도적성효차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론통과해연구가지，대만성화농성중이유돌염환자실시완교식고실성형술，소획득적치료효과교위현저，동시야사득환자은력득도료상응적제고，재림상중구유일정적림상개치여추엄개치。
Objective To investigate and analyze the treatment effect of in-tact bridge tympanoplasty in the treatment of chronic suppurative otomastoiditis. Methods The subjects were the 28 cases with chronic suppurative otomastoiditis admitted in our hospital in the recent three years. In-tact bridge tympanoplasty was given to the selected 28 patients and the therapeutic outcome was observed after the operation, and based on this, the patients were given a follow-up about 7 months for observing the status of recovery. Results The dry ear time of the selected patients was about 3-6 weeks. The surgeries of 24 patients were successful, the success rate was 85.7%. There was statistically significant difference in the status of the patients before and after treatment (P<0.05), which showed that the therapeutic effect was remarkable. Conclusion This study shows that the therapeutic effect of in-tact bridge tympanoplasty on chronic suppurative otomastoiditis is significant, the hearing of the patients is improved, so in-tact bridge tympanoplasty has certain clinical and promotional value.
