目的:对1.5T磁共振不同序列检出妇科肿瘤盆腔淋巴结转移情况进行分析对比。方法该次研究中,随机选取该院妇科肿瘤盆腔淋巴结转移患者32例所有患者在手术前实施弥散加权成像(DWI)﹑增强扫描(T1WI+C)﹑T1加权序列(T1WI)﹑T2加权序列(T2WI)序列检查,对所检出的盆腔淋巴结个数及组别分布进行记录。结果应用DWI序列检查时,其妇科肿瘤盆腔淋巴结转移的检出率最高,检出率高达86.4%,与T1加权序列扫描及T2加权序列相比差异有统计学意义。结论1.5T磁共振在妇科肿瘤淋巴结转移的检查中,应用DWI序列扫描具有较高的检出率,在其阳性判断的过程中,ADC阀值法与短径法两种方法可以任意的选用一种。

Objective To analyze and compare the results of 1.5T MRI different sequences for the detection of gynecological tumor pelvic lymph node metastasis. Methods In this study, 32 patients with gynecological tumor pelvic lymph node metastasis in gy-naecology of our hospital were randomly selected. Before operation, all patients underwent diffusion weighted imaging (DWI), en-hanced scan (T1WI+C), T1 weighted sequence (T1WI) and T2 weighted sequence (T2WI) sequence checking. And the detected pelvic lymph node number and size distribution were recorded respectively. Results The rate of DWI sequence check for the de-tection of gynecological tumor pelvic lymph node metastasis was the highest, which reached 86.4%, compared with that of T1WI and T2WI scan, the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion 1.5T MRI in the detection of gynecological tumor pelvic lymph node metastasis, application of DWI sequence scanning has higher detection rate; and in positive judgments, either ADC threshold method or short diameter method can be the arbitrary choice.
