目的:探讨IL-32在急性心肌梗死中的表达及其与各细胞因子间的相关性。方法运用ELISA法测定36例急性心肌梗死患者以及30例对照组患者血清的水平,比较急性心肌梗死组与正常组IL-32、IL-1β、IL-6、IL-18、TNF-α和IL-10的表达情况,以及IL-32与各细胞因子间的相关性。结果急性心肌梗死组IL-32升高为(11.5±0.5)a,对照组的为(4.8±0.3),两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。IL-1β、IL-6、IL-18、TNF-α和IL-10表达水平均也升高;提示IL-32与IL-1β、IL-6、IL-18、TNF-α和IL-10水平呈正相关。结论急性心肌梗死后,IL-32表达水平明显升高;IL-32与传统细胞因子IL-1β、IL-6、IL-18、TNF-α和IL-10表达水平呈正相关。

Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of interleukin-32(IL-32) in acute myocardial infarction and the levels of expression of other cytokines. Methods ELISA was used to detect the level of serum of 36 cases with acute my-ocardial infarction and 30 cases in the control group. The levels of expression of IL-32,IL-1β,IL-6,IL-18,TNF-α and IL-10 were compared between the acute myocardial infarction group and the control group. The relationships between IL-32 and other factors were also evaluated. Results The IL-32 of the acute myocardial infarction group increased to 11.5±0.5a, and the IL-32 of the control group was 4.8±0.3, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The expression levels of IL-1β, IL-6, IL-18, TNF-α and IL-10 were all increased, which suggested that IL-32 was positively correlated with the levels of IL-1β, IL-6, IL-18, TNF-α and IL-10. Conclusion The expression level of IL-32 significantly increased after the occurrence of acute myocardial infarction, and IL-32 was positively correlated with the traditional cytokines such as IL-1β, IL-6, IL-18, TNF-αand IL-10.
