目的:研究子宫内膜癌中PI3K﹑p-AKT﹑P27的表达规律,探讨三者与子宫内膜癌发生发展的关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测正常子宫内膜﹑子宫内膜增生症﹑子宫内膜癌中PI3K﹑p-AKT﹑P27的表达,分析它们与各项临床病理参数之间的关系及三者之间的关系。结果PI3K﹑p-AKT﹑P27的表达在3组间比较均有显著差异(P<0.05),PI3K﹑p-AKT的表达与子宫内膜癌的临床分期和组织学分级有关(P<0.05),P27的表达与子宫内膜癌的组织学分级有关(P<0.05)。 P27与PI3K﹑P27与p-AKT均呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论PI3K﹑p-AKT﹑P27的表达与子宫内膜癌的发生和发展有关,三者的表达异常参与了子宫内膜癌的发生。

목적:연구자궁내막암중PI3K﹑p-AKT﹑P27적표체규률,탐토삼자여자궁내막암발생발전적관계。방법응용면역조화SP법검측정상자궁내막﹑자궁내막증생증﹑자궁내막암중PI3K﹑p-AKT﹑P27적표체,분석타문여각항림상병리삼수지간적관계급삼자지간적관계。결과PI3K﹑p-AKT﹑P27적표체재3조간비교균유현저차이(P<0.05),PI3K﹑p-AKT적표체여자궁내막암적림상분기화조직학분급유관(P<0.05),P27적표체여자궁내막암적조직학분급유관(P<0.05)。 P27여PI3K﹑P27여p-AKT균정부상관(P<0.01)。결론PI3K﹑p-AKT﹑P27적표체여자궁내막암적발생화발전유관,삼자적표체이상삼여료자궁내막암적발생。
Objective To study the expression pattern of PI3K, p-AKT and P27 in endometrial carcinoma, and investigate the cor-relation of which with the occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of PI3K, p-AKT, P27 in the normal endometria, endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial carcinoma. And the relationship between the three, the correlation of them with the clinical pathological parameters were analyzed. Results There was a significant difference in the expression of PI3K, p-AKT and P27 between the three groups (P<0.05). The expression of PI3K and p-AKT was related to the clinical stage and histological grade of endometrial carcinoma (P<0.05). The expression of P27 was associated with the histological grade of endometrial carcinoma (P<0.05). The expression of P27 was negatively correlated to the PI3K and p-AKT expression (P<0.01). Conclusion The expressions of PI3K, p-AKT and P27 are correlated with the occur-rence and development of endometrial carcinoma. Their abnormal expressions involve the occurrence of endometrial carcinoma.
