目的：研究高能窄谱红光联合多西环素治疗早﹑中期酒渣鼻临床护理措施。方法选取2011年1月-2013年12月在该院治疗的80例Ⅰ﹑Ⅱ期酒渣鼻患者，随机分为两组，每组40例。对照组使用高能窄谱红光进行治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上，使用多西环素进行治疗，对两组治疗有效率和不良反应发生率进行对比分析。结果观察组治疗有效率为97.5%明显高于对照组的55%(P<0.05)》观察组患者不良反应发生率为7.5%明显低于对照组的25.0%(P<0.05)。结论高能窄谱红光联合多西环素在早﹑中期酒渣鼻治疗中的应用，不仅有效提高了患者的治疗有效率，而且有效提高了患者的护理满意度，降低了治疗后不良反应的发生率。
목적：연구고능착보홍광연합다서배소치료조﹑중기주사비림상호리조시。방법선취2011년1월-2013년12월재해원치료적80례Ⅰ﹑Ⅱ기주사비환자，수궤분위량조，매조40례。대조조사용고능착보홍광진행치료，관찰조재대조조적기출상，사용다서배소진행치료，대량조치료유효솔화불량반응발생솔진행대비분석。결과관찰조치료유효솔위97.5%명현고우대조조적55%(P<0.05)》관찰조환자불량반응발생솔위7.5%명현저우대조조적25.0%(P<0.05)。결론고능착보홍광연합다서배소재조﹑중기주사비치료중적응용，불부유효제고료환자적치료유효솔，이차유효제고료환자적호리만의도，강저료치료후불량반응적발생솔。
Objective To study the clinical nursing for early and medium rosacea treated by red LED combined with doxycycline. Methods 80 cases of stage Ⅰ, Ⅱ rosacea patients admitted in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2013 were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each. The control group was treated with red LED, and the observation group was treated with doxycycline on the basis of red LED. The curative effect and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 97.5%, significantly higher than the control group's 55%(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions was 7.5%, obviously lower than the control group's 25.0%(P<0.05). Con-clusion Red LED combined with doxycycline for the treatment of early and medium rosacea can improve the efficiency of the treatment and the patient satisfaction with care as well as reduce the incidence of adverse reactions after the treatment.
