The effective electrostatic protection and control rely on the understanding of the static electricity phenomenon and the control for its production and elimination .It also depends on the understanding of the relevance between static electricity and the environmental conditions as well as the static electricity occurrence pattern . This article describes some basic concepts of static electricity , the electrostatic protection principles , some LED workshop static protection mechanism and the application effect of the ESD protection circuit .
