目的：探讨分析康复护理对颅脑外伤患者运动功能和ADL的改善情况。方法选取颅脑外伤患者152例，随机分为2组，各76例。给予对照组患者常规护理手段，观察组患者在对照组基础上给予综合康复护理措施。结果观察组康复治疗后的FAM评分为（68.4±22.1），明显高于对照组的FAM评分（44.3±20.4），差异有统计学意义（tFAM=6.986，P=0.000）；观察组康复治疗后的MBI评分为（77.4±19.4），明显高于对照组的MBI评分（51.5±21.2），差异有统计学意义（tMBI=7.857，P=0.000）。结论康复护理是治疗和改善颅脑外伤患者肢体运动功能和日常生活活动能力的有效治疗手段，治疗效果良好，值得推广应用。

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of rehabilitation nursing on motor function and ADL of traumatic brain injury patients. Methods 152 cases with traumatic brain injury were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 76 cases in each group. The control group were given routine nursing, while the observation group were given comprehensive rehabilitation nursing based on routine nursing. Results After rehabilitation treatment, the FAM score (68.4 ± 22.1) of the observation group was significantly higher than that (44.3 ± 20.4) of the control group with a statistically significant difference (tFAM=6.986, P=0.000). After rehabilitation treatment, the MBI score (77.4 ± 19.4) of the observation group was significantly higher than that (51.5 ± 21.2) of the control group with a statistically significant difference (tMBI=7.857,P=0.000). Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing is an effective treatment for traumatic brain injury patients, which can improve motor function and activities of daily living of the patients with a good treatment effect. It is worthy of popularization and application.
