量子点发光材料将来有望大量应用在照明与显示行业。本文对底发射量子点LED的原理和结构进行了简要分析,采用峰值波长为575nm和608nm的硫化锌/硒化镉(ZnS/CdSe)核壳量子点材料作为发光层、纳米氧化锌作为电子传输层、聚三苯胺( Poly-TPD)作为空穴传输层制备了底发射的黄光和红光量子点LED,并对其夜视兼容特性进行测量,发现其可以替代传统的外延型LED加滤光片的方案,制程简单、可靠,具有较大的市场价值及经济效益。通过对量子点LED的光谱响应、伏安特性、夜视兼容辐亮度和色度坐标进行测试,本文认为量子点LED有望取代驾驶舱现用夜视兼容照明设备,成为下一代驾驶舱专用照明与显示器件。

Quantum dot light emitting materials are expected to be widly used in lighting and display industry in the future .This article gives a brief analysis about the principle and structure of the quantum dot LED.ZnS /CdSe Core-shell quantum dots ( peak wavelength at 575nm and 608nm) are used as light emitting layer , nano-zinc oxide as electron-transport layer and Poly-TPD as hole-transport layer , which will form yellow and red quantum dot LEDs .Then their night vision compatibility characteristics are measured . The results show that they can replace the traditional structure of epitaxial LED with filter .Process of preparation of them is simple and reliable , which has bigger market value and economic benefits .The spectral response , volt-ampere characteristics , night vision compatible radiance and chromaticity coordinates of quantum dot LED are tested .This article comes to a conclusion that quantum dot LED is expected to replace current night vision compatible cockpit lighting equipment and become the next generation of special lighting devices and display devices of cockpit .
