从“视觉亮度”的角度,研究了脉冲驱动和恒流驱动下白光LED的光色性能。实验结果表明:占空比小于70%时,脉冲驱动LED的光通量比直流驱动的低,但是人眼感觉到的“视觉亮度”却相等;占空比大于70%时,脉冲驱动下消耗的功率值低于直流驱动的,光通量却高于直流驱动;高脉冲电流驱动下的白光LED的色坐标向等能白光靠近2.5%~4.6%,光谱三原色的蓝色比值增加约为5%,色温也得到明显的提高,从而增强人眼对白光LED发光亮度的刺激响应。同时,运用视觉脉冲响应函数和人眼视觉惰性的特性对Talbot定律做了简单的修正。并结合人眼的感光特性,很好的解释了脉冲驱动能够提高人眼“视觉亮度”的现象。
從“視覺亮度”的角度,研究瞭脈遲驅動和恆流驅動下白光LED的光色性能。實驗結果錶明:佔空比小于70%時,脈遲驅動LED的光通量比直流驅動的低,但是人眼感覺到的“視覺亮度”卻相等;佔空比大于70%時,脈遲驅動下消耗的功率值低于直流驅動的,光通量卻高于直流驅動;高脈遲電流驅動下的白光LED的色坐標嚮等能白光靠近2.5%~4.6%,光譜三原色的藍色比值增加約為5%,色溫也得到明顯的提高,從而增彊人眼對白光LED髮光亮度的刺激響應。同時,運用視覺脈遲響應函數和人眼視覺惰性的特性對Talbot定律做瞭簡單的脩正。併結閤人眼的感光特性,很好的解釋瞭脈遲驅動能夠提高人眼“視覺亮度”的現象。
종“시각량도”적각도,연구료맥충구동화항류구동하백광LED적광색성능。실험결과표명:점공비소우70%시,맥충구동LED적광통량비직류구동적저,단시인안감각도적“시각량도”각상등;점공비대우70%시,맥충구동하소모적공솔치저우직류구동적,광통량각고우직류구동;고맥충전류구동하적백광LED적색좌표향등능백광고근2.5%~4.6%,광보삼원색적람색비치증가약위5%,색온야득도명현적제고,종이증강인안대백광LED발광량도적자격향응。동시,운용시각맥충향응함수화인안시각타성적특성대Talbot정률주료간단적수정。병결합인안적감광특성,흔호적해석료맥충구동능구제고인안“시각량도”적현상。
The photochromic properties of white LEDs driven by pulse circuit and constant current mode were investigated based on visual luminance of human eyes .The experimental results show that the actual luminous flux of white LED in pulse drive with duty cycle less than 70% is lower than that driven by DC circuit, while “visual luminance” of LEDs are considered to be equal by the observers;the power of pulse driven white LED with duty cycle larger than 70%is below DC drive while luminous flux is larger than that of DC drive;the color coordinates of white LEDs with high pulse current drive would be close to 2.5%~4.6%of equal energy white lighting , the blue ratio of three primary color is increased by about 5%and the color temperature is increased obviously , thus enhancing the stimulus responses of human eyes to LED luminance .Moreover , the Talbot law is amended by using the visual impulse response function and the characteristic of visual inertia .And it can be explained by combined with the sensitometric characteristic of human eyes that pulse drive can enhance visual luminance of human eyes .
