目的:探讨小儿肺炎支原体肺炎患者与心肌酶CK-MB变化的相关性。方法统计分析2012年1月-2013年10月该院收治的100例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿的临床资料。结果100例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿中,心肌酶CK-MB升高27例,占总数的27%。给予患儿有针对性的治疗后23例患儿恢复,4例患儿失访》心电图异常10例,占总数的10%。给予患儿有针对性的治疗后所有患儿均恢复》心肌酶CK-MB和心电图同时异常4例,占总数的4%。所有患儿均具有一定程度的炎性渗出影和正常的心胸比率。结论肺炎支原体肺炎患儿极易发生心肌损害,心肌酶CK-MB的升高能够为临床诊断和治疗提供有效的依据。

Objective To investigate the correlation between mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children and cardiac enzyme CK-MB changes. Methods The clinical data of 100 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia treated in our hospital from January 2012 to October 2013 were statistically analyzed. Results Among the 100 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumo-nia, 27 cases had elevated cardiac enzyme CK-MB, accounting for 27% of the total. After targeted treatment, 23 cases recovered, 4 cases lost to follow; 10 cases had ECG abnormalities, accounting for 10% of the total. After targeted treatment, all the children recovered; 4 cases had cardiac enzyme CK-MB and ECG abnormalities, accounting for 4% of the total. All patients had some de-gree of inflammatory infiltrate and normal cardiothoracic ratio. Conclusion Children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia are prone to myocardial damage, elevated cardiac enzyme CK-MB can provide an effective basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
