高职教育中课程改革是提升高职院校办学水平的重要途径，应用化工技术专业课程改革取得了一定的成效，同时，也受到多种因素的制约。因此，通过实证研究的方法，结合专业状况分析了影响高职课程改革成效的因素，并从调动学生参与课程改革的积极性、提高教师“双师”素质、教学管理部门的“服务者”和“指导者”作用方面提出了高职课程改革的有效途径。
