目的：评价颈椎前路椎体次全切除减压、钛网植骨重建联合钢板内固定治疗多阶段颈椎病的临床疗效。方法对32例颈椎间盘突出症患者均采取前路椎体次全切除减压、钛网重建联合钢板内固定治疗，评价其临床效果。结果32例患者均未出现严重并发症，随访6～28个月，平均18个月，均获得骨性融合，手术前后融合节段生理曲度明显改善，神经功能改善优22例，良7例，可3例，优良率91%。结论颈椎前路椎体次全切除减压钛网植骨重建内固定治疗颈椎病术后颈椎生理曲度恢复及维持良好，植骨融合满意，无自体取骨并发症。
목적：평개경추전로추체차전절제감압、태망식골중건연합강판내고정치료다계단경추병적림상료효。방법대32례경추간반돌출증환자균채취전로추체차전절제감압、태망중건연합강판내고정치료，평개기림상효과。결과32례환자균미출현엄중병발증，수방6～28개월，평균18개월，균획득골성융합，수술전후융합절단생리곡도명현개선，신경공능개선우22례，량7례，가3례，우량솔91%。결론경추전로추체차전절제감압태망식골중건내고정치료경추병술후경추생리곡도회복급유지량호，식골융합만의，무자체취골병발증。
Objective To evaluate clinical efficacy of anterior cervical corpectomy decompression, bone graft and titanium mesh fixed in vertebral body rebuild in multi-stage cervical disease in the joint plate. Methods32 patients with cervical disc herniation patients were taken anterior corpectomy decompression, titanium mesh plate fixation joint reconstruction, evaluated the clinical effects.Results 32 patients had no serious complications, follow up of 6~28 months, an average of 18 months, they had received bone fusion, fusion segments, lordosis significantly improved before and after surgery, neurological function was excellent in 22 cases, good in 7 cases, not bad in 3 cases, the good rate was 91%. Conclusion Anterior cervical corpectomy decompression and ifxation with titanium mesh and bone graft reconstruction can maintain good bone fusion satisifed, and have no autologous bone graft complications.
