目的：探讨彩色多谱勒超声（ color doppler ultrasound ， CDU）诊断胎盘早剥的价值和超声声像图特征。方法回顾性分析2008年1月至2014年6月南充市中心医院42例胎盘早剥住院患者的超声表现，并对其漏诊、误诊原因进行分析总结。结果42例胎盘早剥患者中，产前超声诊断26例，诊断符合率61.9％，漏诊12例（28.6％），误诊4例（9.5％）。结论彩色多谱勒超声检查具有无创、安全、快捷等临床优势，是诊断胎盘早剥最重要的辅助检查手段。
목적：탐토채색다보륵초성（ color doppler ultrasound ， CDU）진단태반조박적개치화초성성상도특정。방법회고성분석2008년1월지2014년6월남충시중심의원42례태반조박주원환자적초성표현，병대기루진、오진원인진행분석총결。결과42례태반조박환자중，산전초성진단26례，진단부합솔61.9％，루진12례（28.6％），오진4례（9.5％）。결론채색다보륵초성검사구유무창、안전、쾌첩등림상우세，시진단태반조박최중요적보조검사수단。
Objective To explore the value of color doppler ultrasound ( CDU) in the diagnosis of placental abruption and the ultrasonographic image features .Methods The ultrasound manifestations of 42 patients with placental abruption hospitalized in Nanchong Central Hospital from Jan 2008 to Jun 2014 were retrospectively analyzed , the reasons of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosed were summarized.Results 26 cases who were diagnosed with placental abruption (61.9%), 12 cases were missed diagnosis (28.6%), 4 cases were misdiagnosed(9.5%).Conclusion CDU examination has the advantages of non -invasive, safe and fast. It is one of the most primary auxiliary examination means for placental abruption .
