目的：研究分析不稳定骨盆骨折合并四肢多发骨折治疗中骨科损伤控制的临床应用价值。方法选取我院42例患者研究分析，并随机将其分为治疗组和对照组各21例，对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果治疗组患者临床治疗优良率（85．71%）显著优于对照组（61．90%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论骨科损伤控制在不稳定骨盆骨折合并四肢多发骨折治疗中具有显著作用，有效降低患者出现并发症发生率。
목적：연구분석불은정골분골절합병사지다발골절치료중골과손상공제적림상응용개치。방법선취아원42례환자연구분석，병수궤장기분위치료조화대조조각21례，대비량조환자림상치료효과。결과치료조환자림상치료우량솔（85．71%）현저우우대조조（61．90%），차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론골과손상공제재불은정골분골절합병사지다발골절치료중구유현저작용，유효강저환자출현병발증발생솔。
To analyze the clinical value of unstable pelvic fracture combined with multiple fractures of limbs in the treatment of orthopedic damage controlling. Methods 42 patients were studied and randomly divided into treatment group (21 cases) and control group (21 cases), Clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared. Results Excellent rate of treatment group(85.71%)was obviously higher than control group(61.90%), with statistical significance (P< 0.05). Conclusion Bone damage controlling in unstable pelvic fractures treated with multiple fractures of limbs has significant role, effectively reduce the incidence of complications.
