目的：研究分析翼状胬肉患者接受翼状胬肉切除术的治疗效果。方法以我院接收的90例翼状胬肉患者来进行研究分析，根据患者的治疗方法不同分组，对照组和观察组均有45例患者，对照组患者接受翼状胬肉切除术治疗，观察组患者接受翼状胬肉切除术和自体角膜缘上皮移植术治疗，对其治疗效果进行比较分析。结果患者术后接受了一年的跟踪随访，结果表明观察组相对对照组患者的治愈率比较高，复发率比较低。结论临床中翼状胬肉患者接受翼状胬肉切除术联合自体角膜缘上皮移植术治疗效果突出，复发率比较低。

Objective To analysis the effect of pterygium patients underwent excision of pterygium. Methods 90 patients with pterygium patients received in our hospital were carry on the research analysis, according to the different treatment methods divided into control group and observation group, each had 45 patients, control group patients received excision of pterygium treatment, patients in the observation group received pterygium excision and limbal epithelial transplantation for treatment, a comparative analysis was conducted about the therapeutic effect.Results The patients received follow-up of one year, the results showed that the observation of the patient's cure rate was relatively high, the recurrence rate was relatively low compared to the control group. ConclusionPterygium patients undergoing pterygium excision combined with autologous limbal epithelial transplantation has a good prominent effect, the recurrent rate is relatively low.
