目的：探讨在人工流产患者中实施计划生育服务的效果。方法选取人工流产患者80例进行分析，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。对照组采用常规管理方案，观察组实施计划生育服务干预方案，观察两组的避孕节育效果。结果两组患者在干预前得分相比差异不大，干预后均有改善，观察组得分明显高于对照组；观察组放置IUD人数多于对照组，安全期避孕人数明显少于对照组；意外怀孕和再次人流发生率明显低于对照组，P＜0.05，具有统计学意义。结论在人工流产患者中，实施计划生育服务具有良好的效果。
목적：탐토재인공유산환자중실시계화생육복무적효과。방법선취인공유산환자80례진행분석，장기수궤분위대조조화관찰조，매조40례。대조조채용상규관리방안，관찰조실시계화생육복무간예방안，관찰량조적피잉절육효과。결과량조환자재간예전득분상비차이불대，간예후균유개선，관찰조득분명현고우대조조；관찰조방치IUD인수다우대조조，안전기피잉인수명현소우대조조；의외부잉화재차인류발생솔명현저우대조조，P＜0.05，구유통계학의의。결론재인공유산환자중，실시계화생육복무구유량호적효과。
Objective To study the implementation of family planning services in patients with induced abortion effect.Methods 80 patients with induced abortion were analyzed, they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group. Control group was using conventional management scheme, observation group was carried out family planning services intervention programs, observed the contraceptive effect of the two groups.Results Two groups of patients before intervention than score difference was not obvious, also had an improved after intervention, the score of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, observation group an IUD placement number more than the control group, number of rhythm obviously less than control group. Incidence of unwanted pregnancy and abortion again signiifcantly was lower than the control group,P<0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion In patients with induced abortion, the implementation of family planning services has a good effect.
