目的：对十二指肠溃疡出血患者术前、术后护理进行总结。方法对我院内科病区34例十二指肠溃疡出血患者的临床护理进行回顾性分析。包括术前的病情监测，心理护理；术后的生命体征观察、胃肠减压、拔管护理及饮食健康指导等。结果1例患者出现肺部感染，经继续治疗痊愈。其余33例患者手术顺利成功，且术后较快的予以恢复。结论做好十二指肠溃疡出血患者术前和术后各项护理，可提高患者手术成功率，有效降低患者并发症。
목적：대십이지장궤양출혈환자술전、술후호리진행총결。방법대아원내과병구34례십이지장궤양출혈환자적림상호리진행회고성분석。포괄술전적병정감측，심리호리；술후적생명체정관찰、위장감압、발관호리급음식건강지도등。결과1례환자출현폐부감염，경계속치료전유。기여33례환자수술순리성공，차술후교쾌적여이회복。결론주호십이지장궤양출혈환자술전화술후각항호리，가제고환자수술성공솔，유효강저환자병발증。
ObjectiveTo discuss the nursing for patients with preoperative and postoperative bleeding duodenal ulcer.Methods 34 patients with bleeding duodenal ulcer in department of internal medicine in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Including the condition monitoring, preoperative psychological nursing, observation of vital signs, postoperative gastrointestinal decompression, extubation nursing and diet health guidance. Results1 patients had lung infection, 33 cases underwent operation successfully, and recovered fast.ConclusionDo a good job in the care of patients before operation and after operation in patients with duodenal ulcer bleeding can greatly improve the success rate, reduce complications.
