目的：探讨针对性护理在肾结石钬激光碎石术围手术期中的应用效果。方法将86例肾结石患者分为观察组和对照组，分别行针对性围术期护理及常规护理，比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率及护理总满意度均明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论给予肾结石钬激光碎石术患者针对性的围手术期护理干预可取的较好的效果。

목적：탐토침대성호리재신결석화격광쇄석술위수술기중적응용효과。방법장86례신결석환자분위관찰조화대조조，분별행침대성위술기호리급상규호리，비교량조환자적호리효과。결과관찰조환자치료총유효솔급호리총만의도균명현고우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론급여신결석화격광쇄석술환자침대성적위수술기호리간예가취적교호적효과。
ObjectiveTo explore the pertinent nursing in the peri renal calculi with holmium laser lithotripsy in operation period. Methods 86 cases of renal calculi patients were divided into observation group and control group respectively, for targeted nursing and conventional nursing operative, compared two groups of patients with nursing effect.Results Patients in the observation group the total effective total efficiency and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Holmium laser lithotripsy in patients with kidney stones in the peri operation period nursing intervention desirable has good effect.
