目的：对冠心病患者合并精神心理问题的护理干预方式进行探讨。方法选取我院2012年4月～2014年1月间收治的120例冠心病合并精神心理问题患者，采用随机分组的方式平均分为对照组和干预组，对照组采用常规治疗，干预组在此基础上加以心理干预治疗。结果对于中度及轻度合并精神心理问题的患者，干预组的治疗情况明显好于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论科学到位的护理工作对于冠心病合并精神心理问题的治疗效果非常明显。
목적：대관심병환자합병정신심리문제적호리간예방식진행탐토。방법선취아원2012년4월～2014년1월간수치적120례관심병합병정신심리문제환자，채용수궤분조적방식평균분위대조조화간예조，대조조채용상규치료，간예조재차기출상가이심리간예치료。결과대우중도급경도합병정신심리문제적환자，간예조적치료정황명현호우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론과학도위적호리공작대우관심병합병정신심리문제적치료효과비상명현。
ObjectiveNursing intervention for mental psychological problems in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) were discussed. MethodsFrom April 2012 to January 2012, 120 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) combined with mental problems were divided into control group and intervention group, control group was using conventional treatment, the intervention group was using psychological intervention. Results For moderate and mild mental problems, intervention group was obviously better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of nursing intervention for coronary heart disease with mental problems is is very obvious.
