目的：探讨老年人术后应用微量输液泵持续静脉泵入芬太尼的临床效果。方法选取2013年3月～2014年3月我院收治的72例老年手术患者，按简单数字法随机分为观察组和对照组，各36例，观察组术后采用微量输液泵持续静脉泵入芬太尼，对照组术后采用肌肉注射杜冷丁止痛，观察比较VAS疼痛评分、Ramsay镇静评分及不良反应情况。结果观察组VAS评分、Ramsay评分与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），但观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论老年人术后止痛采用止痛泵具有良好效果，可有效缓解患者疼痛，减少不良反应发生，达到良好的镇静效果。
목적：탐토노년인술후응용미량수액빙지속정맥빙입분태니적림상효과。방법선취2013년3월～2014년3월아원수치적72례노년수술환자，안간단수자법수궤분위관찰조화대조조，각36례，관찰조술후채용미량수액빙지속정맥빙입분태니，대조조술후채용기육주사두랭정지통，관찰비교VAS동통평분、Ramsay진정평분급불량반응정황。결과관찰조VAS평분、Ramsay평분여대조조비교차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05），단관찰조불량반응발생솔현저저우대조조，량조비교차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론노년인술후지통채용지통빙구유량호효과，가유효완해환자동통，감소불량반응발생，체도량호적진정효과。
ObjectiveTo investigate the application of micro-infusion pump of continuous intravenous infusion of fentanyl in elderly after operation.Methods72 cases of elderly patients from 2013.3 to 2014.3 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 36 cases were observed by micro postoperative continuous intravenous infusion pump fentanyl, control group was using intramuscular pethidine pain, VAS pain scores, Ramsay sedation score and adverse reactions were compared.Results The difference of VAS score, Ramsay score in the study group and the control group was not statistically signiifcant (P>0.05), but the incidence of adverse reactions in study group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).ConclusionThe postoperative pain in elderly patients using the pain pump has a good effect, it can effectively relieve pain in patients, reducing the incidence of adverse reactions.
