目的：研究分析高血脂患者临床中血流变指标和肝功能生化检查的应用。方法根据我院接收的65例健康患者以及同期的65例高血脂患者来进行研究分析，前者作为对照组，后者作为观察组，对比两组患者的血流变学指标以及肝功能生化指标的谷草转氨酶（AST）和谷丙转氨酶（ALT）及γ-谷氨酰转肽酶（γ-GT）结果。结果高血脂组血流变学与对照组有明显差异，全血黏度（高切、中切、低切）、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞压积、红细胞变形指数、红细胞刚性指数均高于正常人（P＜0.01），观察组和对照组患者的检查结果之间具有差异性。结论血流变学指标以及血脂指标相互影响，临床中对患者进行血流变指标检验可以作为高血脂的诊断依据，对于患者的临床治疗以及预后改善都具有较大的帮助，患者同时进行肝功能检验，能够对预防脂肪肝提供帮助。

목적：연구분석고혈지환자림상중혈류변지표화간공능생화검사적응용。방법근거아원접수적65례건강환자이급동기적65례고혈지환자래진행연구분석，전자작위대조조，후자작위관찰조，대비량조환자적혈류변학지표이급간공능생화지표적곡초전안매（AST）화곡병전안매（ALT）급γ-곡안선전태매（γ-GT）결과。결과고혈지조혈류변학여대조조유명현차이，전혈점도（고절、중절、저절）、혈장점도、홍세포취집지수、홍세포압적、홍세포변형지수、홍세포강성지수균고우정상인（P＜0.01），관찰조화대조조환자적검사결과지간구유차이성。결론혈류변학지표이급혈지지표상호영향，림상중대환자진행혈류변지표검험가이작위고혈지적진단의거，대우환자적림상치료이급예후개선도구유교대적방조，환자동시진행간공능검험，능구대예방지방간제공방조。
ObjectiveStudy the application and analysis of blood rheology indexes and liver function of life in patients with high blood lipid in clinical examination.MethodsAccording to our hospital received 65 cases of hyperlipidemia were healthy 65 healthy patients and the same period to carry on the research analysis, the former as the control group, the latter as the observation group, compared two groups of patients with the hemodynamics and liver function biochemical indexes of aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and gamma glutamyltransferase(gamma-GT) results. ResultsThe blood rheology and the high blood lipids group have signiifcant difference in the control group, the whole blood viscosity (high shear, low shear, cut), plasma viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index, hematocrit, erythrocyte deformation index, erythrocyte rigidity index were higher than normal (P<0.01). There is difference between the control group and the observation group patients examination results.ConclusionBlood Rheology and blood lipid indexes inlfuence each other, clinical patients in blood rheology index test can be used as diagnostic evidence of high blood lipids, is of great help for clinical treatment and prognosis of patients with liver function test were improved, at the same time, it can provide the help to prevent fatty liver.
