目的：探讨几种血液检验指标在冠心病（CHD）患者诊治中的应用价值。方法选取我院2013年1月～2014年1月心内科收治的CHD患者43例和正常健康体检者46例为研究对象，分别取其静脉血检测红细胞分布宽度（RDW）、心肌肌钙蛋白（cTn）、血小板计数（PLT）、平均血小板体积（MPV）和血小板压积（PCT）数值。结果观察组RDW和cTn水平均较对照组明显升高，且两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；而两组间PLT、MPV和PCT比较均无显著性差异（P＞0.05）。结论 RDW增大是影响CHD患者预后不良的重要因素，而cTn是诊断心肌受损的重要指标。

목적：탐토궤충혈액검험지표재관심병（CHD）환자진치중적응용개치。방법선취아원2013년1월～2014년1월심내과수치적CHD환자43례화정상건강체검자46례위연구대상，분별취기정맥혈검측홍세포분포관도（RDW）、심기기개단백（cTn）、혈소판계수（PLT）、평균혈소판체적（MPV）화혈소판압적（PCT）수치。결과관찰조RDW화cTn수평균교대조조명현승고，차량조비교차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；이량조간PLT、MPV화PCT비교균무현저성차이（P＞0.05）。결론 RDW증대시영향CHD환자예후불량적중요인소，이cTn시진단심기수손적중요지표。
ObjectiveExplore the value of several blood tests index in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with coronary heart disease (CHD).MethodsChose 43 cases of Cardiology, and 46 cases of normal healthy volunteers from our hospital in January 2013 to January 2014 Respectively took their numerical venous blood detection of red blood cell distribution width (RDW)and cardiac troponin (cTn), platelet count (PLT), mean platelet volume (MPV)and platelet deposited (PCT).Results The RDW and cTn levels of observation group were obviously higher than the control groupand it had statistically signiifcant difference(P<0.05). The PLT, MPV and PCT comparison between the two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion The increased RDW is the important factor influencing the prognosis of CHD patients, and cTn is one of the important indices for diagnosis of myocardial damage.
