目的：对西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖2型糖尿病临床疗效进行评价。方法选取我院2013年4月～2013年12月收治的72例肥胖2型糖尿病患者为研究对象，将其临床资料进行回顾分析。结果研究组血糖、糖化血红蛋白、体质指数改善程度优于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组未发生低血糖反应，对照组发生3例低血糖反应（P＞0.05）。结论西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖2型糖尿病效果好，患者血糖控制理想，不良反应少，安全有效。
목적：대서격렬정연합이갑쌍고치료비반2형당뇨병림상료효진행평개。방법선취아원2013년4월～2013년12월수치적72례비반2형당뇨병환자위연구대상，장기림상자료진행회고분석。결과연구조혈당、당화혈홍단백、체질지수개선정도우우대조조（P＜0.05）；연구조미발생저혈당반응，대조조발생3례저혈당반응（P＞0.05）。결론서격렬정연합이갑쌍고치료비반2형당뇨병효과호，환자혈당공제이상，불량반응소，안전유효。
ObjectiveTo discuss the effect of sitagliptin and metformin in the treatment of obese type 2 diabetes.Methods Selected 72 cases of obese type 2 diabetic patients in our hospital from 2013 April to December 2013 y as the research object, the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. ResultsBlood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, group body mass index was better in research group than control group (P<0.05), the study group occurred, 3 cases of hypoglycemia reaction occurred in the control group (P>0.05).Conclusion Sitagliptin and metformin in treatment of obese type 2 diabetic patients has good effect, and achive ideal blood sugar control and has less adverse reaction, safe and effective.
