目的:探讨复元醒脑汤治疗糖尿病合并脑梗死的可能机制。方法制取4组动物模型,每组各12只,即正常组、治疗组、糖尿病组、联合组,观察基质细胞衍生因子-1(SDF-1)、趋化因子受体(CXCR4)、血管内皮生长因子(VAGF)蛋白水平的变化。结果与actin相对表达水平相比,糖尿病组的表达水平最高,其次为联合组、治疗组、正常组;SDF-1、CXCR4、VAGF蛋白的表达水平中正常组最高,其次为治疗组、联合组和糖尿病组。结论复元醒脑汤可促进糖尿病合并脑梗死脑组织中SDF-1、CXCR4、VAGF蛋白的表达,加快神经功能的恢复,具有一定的治疗作用。

목적:탐토복원성뇌탕치료당뇨병합병뇌경사적가능궤제。방법제취4조동물모형,매조각12지,즉정상조、치료조、당뇨병조、연합조,관찰기질세포연생인자-1(SDF-1)、추화인자수체(CXCR4)、혈관내피생장인자(VAGF)단백수평적변화。결과여actin상대표체수평상비,당뇨병조적표체수평최고,기차위연합조、치료조、정상조;SDF-1、CXCR4、VAGF단백적표체수평중정상조최고,기차위치료조、연합조화당뇨병조。결론복원성뇌탕가촉진당뇨병합병뇌경사뇌조직중SDF-1、CXCR4、VAGF단백적표체,가쾌신경공능적회복,구유일정적치료작용。
ObjectiveTo study the mechanism of Fuyuanxingnao decoction for the treatment of diabetic cerebral infarction.MethodsPreparing 4 groups of animal models, each group had 12 models, they were the normal group, the treatment group, diabetes group, the joint group, observation of stromal cell derived factor 1 (SDF - 1), chemokine receptor (CXCR4) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VAGF) changes in protein levels. ResultsCompared with the relative expression level actin expression level of diabetes group was highest, followed by joint group, treatment group and normal group. SDF - 1 and CXCR4 and highest VAGF protein expression level in normal group, followed by treatment group, the joint group and diabetes group. Conclusion Fuyuanxingnao Decoction can promote diabetic cerebral infarction in brain tissue of SDF - 1 and CXCR4, VAGF protein expression, to speed up the recovery of neural function, has a certain therapeutic effect.
