Yiqi Guben decoction%Acupuncture point%Bronchial asthma
目的：对益气固本汤合俞募配穴敷贴治疗支气管哮喘的可行性进行观察分析。方法选取95例支气管哮喘患者，分为两组，实验组采用益气固本汤联合俞募配穴敷贴进行治疗，对照组采用常规西药治疗。结果实验组治疗有效率为96%；对照组治疗有效率为82.2%，两组差异显著，P＜0.05。结论益气固本汤合俞募配穴敷贴治疗支气管哮喘，疗效显著。

목적：대익기고본탕합유모배혈부첩치료지기관효천적가행성진행관찰분석。방법선취95례지기관효천환자，분위량조，실험조채용익기고본탕연합유모배혈부첩진행치료，대조조채용상규서약치료。결과실험조치료유효솔위96%；대조조치료유효솔위82.2%，량조차이현저，P＜0.05。결론익기고본탕합유모배혈부첩치료지기관효천，료효현저。
ObjectiveTo study the effect of Yiqi Guben decoction and acupuncture point in the treatment of bronchial asthma.MethodsChose 95 cases of bronchial asthma patients and divided into two groups, the experimental group adopted Yiqi Guben decoction with acupuncture point, control group used conventional western medicine treatment.Results The effective rate in was treatment group was 96%, in the control group was 82.2%, there was signiifcant difference,P<0.05.Conclusion Yiqi Guben decoction and acupuncture point in the treatment of bronchial asthma have great effect.
