目的:构建临床医学教学质量评估体系并探究其应用效果。方法通过文献资料查询、德尔菲法专家咨询法构建临床医学教学质量评估体系,选取400名医学生为研究对象,干预前后比较其期末考试平均成绩及评判性思维水平。结果临床医学教学质量评估体系包括7个指标:专业知识、专业技能、职业道德及专业精神、交流与沟通技能、信息管理能力、科学思维、群体健康,运用构建的临床医学教学质量评估体系后医学生的学习成绩和评判性思维均得到提高,P<0.01,差异均有统计学意义。结论新构建的临床医学教学质量评估体系取得了良好效果。

Objective To construct the clinical teaching quality evaluation system and explore its application effect.Methods Through the literature search, Delphi expert consultation method construction of the clinical teaching quality evaluation system, 400 medical students were selected as the research object, before and after the intervention compared to the ifnal examination and evaluation of the average score of thinking.Results The clinical teaching quality evaluation system including 7 indexes: professional knowledge, professional skills, professional ethics and professional spirit, health communication and communication skills, information management ability, scientific thinking, group, the use of the clinical teaching quality assessment system of the medical students in grades and critical thinking are improved,P<0.01, the difference was statistically signiifcant.Conclusion The clinical teaching quality evaluation system for new construction has achieved good effect.
