Vitamin D%Fractures%Correlation
目的:探讨维生素D水平与小儿骨折之间的相关性。方法将筛选患者分成对照组和骨折组,主要收集患者的一般情况和病史,药物,外伤(骨折患者)机制,每日牛奶摄入量,每日使用维生素补充剂的量,及测定25(OH)D水平。结果两组间年龄、性别、体重、既往骨折史、牛奶摄入量、使用维生素患者数、血清25(OH)D水平及其值<20 ng/ml患者人数无明显差异(P>0.05)。logistic回归分析结果显示,骨折与血清25(OH)D水平无关(OR 0.91,95%CI 0.41~1.62,P>0.05),而与年龄(OR 2.17,95%CI 1.23~4.37,P<0.05)和季节(OR 3.11,95%CI1.56~7.87,P<0.05)存在一定的相关性。结论维生素D缺乏与小儿骨折之间无明显的相关性。

목적:탐토유생소D수평여소인골절지간적상관성。방법장사선환자분성대조조화골절조,주요수집환자적일반정황화병사,약물,외상(골절환자)궤제,매일우내섭입량,매일사용유생소보충제적량,급측정25(OH)D수평。결과량조간년령、성별、체중、기왕골절사、우내섭입량、사용유생소환자수、혈청25(OH)D수평급기치<20 ng/ml환자인수무명현차이(P>0.05)。logistic회귀분석결과현시,골절여혈청25(OH)D수평무관(OR 0.91,95%CI 0.41~1.62,P>0.05),이여년령(OR 2.17,95%CI 1.23~4.37,P<0.05)화계절(OR 3.11,95%CI1.56~7.87,P<0.05)존재일정적상관성。결론유생소D결핍여소인골절지간무명현적상관성。
Objective In order to investigate the correlation between vitamin D deficiency and fractures in children. Methods The screening of patients were divided into control group and fracture group, and the general information, medical history, medications, trauma (fracture) mechanism, the daily milk intake, daily use of vitamin supplements were collected, and measured 25(OH)D levels. ResultsThere were no significant difference in age, sex, weight, history of fractures, milk intake, the number of patients using vitamin, serum 25(OH)D levels and the value of<20 ng/ml of patients between the two groups. Logistic regression analysis showed no correlation between fracture and serum 25(OH)D levels, but there was a certain correlation with age and seasons.ConclusionThere was no signiifcant correlation between vitamin D deifciency and fractures in children.
