目的：探讨输血科信息化管理对临床合理用血的优化效果。方法比较本院进行输血科信息化管理前后临床合理用血的情况。结果输血科进行信息化管理后不合理用血和患者输血反应等均较之前有所减少，患者满意度也明显提升。结论输血科信息化管理能够有效提高临床用血的合理性。
목적：탐토수혈과신식화관리대림상합리용혈적우화효과。방법비교본원진행수혈과신식화관리전후림상합리용혈적정황。결과수혈과진행신식화관리후불합리용혈화환자수혈반응등균교지전유소감소，환자만의도야명현제승。결론수혈과신식화관리능구유효제고림상용혈적합이성。
Objective To discuss the optimization effect of information management for rational using blood in blood transfusion department. MethodsCompared the situation of rational using blood in Blood transfusion department before and after information management in our hospital.ResultsAfter the information management in blood transfusion department, the unreasonable blood using and blood transfusion reaction was reduced and the satisfaction of patients was improved significantly. Conclusion Information management in blood transfusion department could improve the using rationality of blood.
