某炼厂新建40万 t/a 催化汽油加氢装置一次开车成功。该装置是国内首批采用中国石油工程建设公司华东设计分公司与中国石油石油化工研究院合作自主开发的 DSO 技术的汽油加氢装置。经过标定,国IV 工况下催化汽油硫含量由256.79μg/g 降低至47.12μg/g,硫醇含量由21μg/g 降低至 9μg/g,辛烷值损失0.7个单位,这充分证明 DSO 系列催化剂具有脱硫活性高、选择性好和辛烷值损失小的特点,完全可以满足国内日益迫切的汽油质量升级的要求。

A new 0.4 MT/a FCC gasoline hydrodesulfurization unit was established and started up successfully. The DSO technology which was developed by CEI and CNPC Petrochemical Research Institute was firstly adopted in this unit. The operation results of the unit demonstrates that the sulfur content in FCC gasoline can be reduced from 256.79 μg/g to 47.12μg/g, the mercaptans content can be reduced from 21μg/g to 9μg/g ,and the RON loss is 0.7 at national IV condition. The calibration data of the unit prove that DSO catalysts have high desulfurization activity, high selectivity and low RON loss. The unit can meet the demand of producing national IV gasoline products.
