对近年来国内外埋地钢制管道失效原因进行分析和总结，为我国油气管道失效的事故分析、事故诊断与预测、应急处理、风险管理等方面工作提供了参考依据。对实际管道失效案例进行分析，得出该管道失效原因，指出该管道在以后的运行及管理中的注意事项，提高对螺旋焊缝缺陷的识别和分析水平，预防管道事故，应从提高设计质量，强化运行管理入手，同时采用先进的施工技术和质检标准。

Reasons of buried steel pipeline failure at home and abroad in recent years were analyzed and summarized, which could provide some reference for analysis, diagnosis, forecast, emergent treatment, risk management of oil and gas pipeline accidents. By analyzing the actual pipeline failure cases, reasons of the pipeline failure were concluded;the matters needing attention in operation and management of the pipeline in the further were put forward. It’s pointed out that the level of recognition and analysis of the spiral weld defect and the design quality should be improved, the operation management should be also strengthened,and advanced construction technology and quality inspection standards should be used.
