A new synthesis technology of methyl ester dimethyl-dithiophosphoryl acetic by using phase transfer catalyst was introduced, and the catalysts were screened, and the production process conditions are optimized. Under the condition of the existing processing equipments, the yield of methyl ester dimethyl-dithiophosphoryl acetic was increased by more than 5%, its content reached about 90%. After the technology was applied to industrial production, the reaction period was shortened, the investment was decreased, and product quality was stable.
