采用电热板加热,硝酸-高氯酸混合酸消解黄山香榧等四种坚果样品,用氢化物发生-原子荧光法及冷蒸气原子荧光法分别测定样品中的痕量硒和汞,初步确定了硒和汞的最佳测定条件,以及方法的检出限、精密度和最佳线性范围。实验结果表明,所采集的黄山香榧具有最高的硒汞比值及特殊的食用价值。

Determination of trace selenium and mercury in four Chinese nuts including huangshan torreye grandis by using electric hot plate heating and nitric-perchloric acid digestion was carried out by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry and cold vapor atomic fluorescence. The optimal determination conditions of selenium and mercury were determined. The detection limits, RSD, recoveries and the linear ranges were also studied. The results show that, there is the highest ratio of Se/Hg in torreye grandis from mount huangshan, so this kind of nut has some special edible value.
