建立 RP-HPLC 同时测定妇炎康冲剂中5种成分的含量。采用 Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱;以甲醇-水为流动相梯度洗脱;流速1.0 mL/min;柱温26℃;检测波长254 nm。隐丹参酮、丹参酮Ⅰ、丹参酮ⅡA、穿心莲内酯、脱水穿心莲内酯分别在0.5068~360.2、0.2912~208、0.2576~184、0.5488~392、0.3444~246μg·mL-1范围内与峰面积呈很好的线性关系(r=1);方法平均回收率为98.93%,100.83%,99.38%,100.2%,99.97%。本法操作简便、结果可靠,可以很好的用于妇炎康冲剂的质量控制。

A RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determination of cryptotanshinone, tanshinone Ⅰand tanshinone ⅡA, andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide in Fuyankang granules was developed . The analysis was performed on a C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm) column.The mobile phase was composed of methamol and water in gradient elution mode with at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.The column temperature was 26 ℃ and the UV detection wavelength was 254 nm. The results show that, the linear ranges of cryptotanshinone, tanshinone Ⅰ,tanshinone ⅡA , andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide are 0.506 8 ~360.2,0.291 2~208,0.257 6~184,0.548 8~392,0.344 4~246μg·mL-1 (r=1), respectively.The average recoveries (n=5) of cryptotanshinone, tanshinone Ⅰ,tanshinone ⅡA , andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide are 98.93%,100.83%,99.38%,100.2% and 99.97%, respectively. The method is convenient and accurate.It can be used for quality control in production of Fuyankang granules.
