针对生产的实际需要,为检验用于沥青管道加热的导热油能否以不低于规定温度返回到导热油锅炉处,对导热油通过各段不同形式的管路所产生的温降进行了计算。通过对现有学术论文及参考文献进行研究,得到输油管道导热油伴热的温降计算公式,对公式中的相关系数给出算法,得出导热油伴热后返回锅炉的最终温度,通过和规定温度对比,得出符合要求的结论。

Aimed at the actual production needs, in order to test if heat conduction oil for asphalt pipeline heat tracing can return to the heat conduction oil boiler under no less than set temperature, temperature drop of the heat conduction oil through different segments of the pipeline was calculated. Based on existing academic papers and research reference, calculation formula of temperature drop of heat conduction oil for asphalt pipeline heat tracing was obtained, correlation algorithm for coefficients of the formula was put forward, final temperature of heat conduction oil returning to the boiler was calculated. Through comparing calculated result with specified temperature, it’s proved that the final temperature could meet the requirements.
