焚烧处理被公认为实现污泥减量化、稳定化和无害化处理最彻底的方式。污泥成分混杂,相关因素多,工况易变,焚烧原理复杂,在污泥焚烧过程中,其控制过程具有多变量、多影响因子、非线性、强耦合等特点。因此,提出了一种基于遗传算法优化的模糊控制方法,针对模糊控制自适应性差的不足,对模糊控制规则进行在线动态优化。仿真研究结果表明,控制效果具有明显改善。

Sludge incineration is regarded as the most effective method to achieve the sludge reduction, stabilization and harmless treatment. In the process of sludge incineration, the control process has many features, such as multivariable, nonlinear, strong coupling, multi interference factors and so on, due to the sludge has mixed components, complex combustion mechanism, changeable conditions and associated factors. In this paper, a fuzzy control method based the genetic algorithm was proposed, the method can tune the fuzzy control rule online to improve adaptive capacity. The simulation results show that the control effect is improved obviously.
